Shipping Policy

Please note that we have limited team members fulfilling orders as the rest of our team is remote. We ask for your patience and understanding as orders are fulfilled + shipped 1-3 days a week from San Antonio, TX (where NOVICA, our parent company, is located!).
US SHIPPING
- We ship throughout the US including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and US territories. If planning to ship to a military address, please contact info@lovegoodly.com prior to placing your order so we can double-check if we're able to ship that location.
- Our standard shipping rate is $8.00 USD, while our expedited shipping rate is $12.00 USD. We use a variety of carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx; at this time, we cannot customize or change the carrier for individual orders.
- Estimated delivery is within 1-7 business days; it may be longer if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territory).
- If it has been more than 7 business days and your tracking has not moved, contact us at info@lovegoodly.com and we will do our best to assist on our end!
- Please note: we are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Love Goodly is also not responsible for any stolen or lost packages, orders sent to an invalid/incorrect shipping address, or delayed deliveries due to service delays or impacted by weather. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the carrier.
- Order replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis and product availability. Approved order replacements are subject to an additional shipping fee - no exceptions.
- If the incorrect address was entered at checkout, please send the new address to info@lovegoodly.com as soon as possible - preferably within an hour after placing your order - so we can make the changes before it goes into fulfillment.
- If it is too late, customers are responsible for forwarding/redirecting the package to the correct address; they are also responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the forwarding or redirection.
CANADA SHIPPING
- A flat $16.00 USD shipping rate is applied to Canada online shop orders under 1.5 lbs., while there is a flat $35.00 USD shipping rate applied to Canada online shop orders over 1.5 lbs.
- Like our US orders, we use various carriers (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL eCommerce) to ship to Canada. The carrier is selected by our parent company, and it cannot be customized or changed by the customer for individual orders.
- After your order order has been fulfilled, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please note that it may take a few additional days (around 1-4 business days) for your tracking to show any movement. Unfortunately this is something we cannot control, but rest assured your order has been fulfilled and shipped!
- If it has been more than 10 business days and your tracking has not shown any movement, please contact info@lovegoodly.com and we're happy to check it out for you.
- Estimated delivery is between 1-14 business days; unfortunately, we cannot predict or guarantee an exact delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes applicable to their order. Love Goodly does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, and we cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to the country.
REFUSED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
- If the package was refused by the recipient at the destination address or if it was marked as "return to sender," we will contact the buyer to arrange a re-shipment to an alternate shipping address. Subject an additional re-shipping fee.
- If the buyer does not supply an alternate shipping address or if they no longer wish to proceed with the order, we will treat the order as "canceled" and process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
