- If you're emailing us about an order, please enter your order number in the subject line. If you received a Love Goodly order as a gift from someone, let us know your name so we can reference the original order.
- If you are contacting us from a third-party site that manages finances on behalf of a customer and you need to cancel the customer's Love Goodly box subscription, please provide the customer's name and the email address linked to their subscription. We will then respond to confirm the subscription cancellation.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A UPS NOTIFICATION EMAIL FROM LOVE GOODLY?
Love Goodly merged with NOVICA in March 2020 and, since then, we've received a couple of emails from NOVICA customers regarding their UPS tracking email notifications and seeing our Love Goodly business name attached to it as the "Sender." Don't panic - we're more than happy to assist!
If you placed an order on NOVICA's website or if you're expecting an order from NOVICA (or any of their channels such as novica.com, Overstock, UNICEF, Wayfair, etc.), the tracking email is most likely related to that order/s.
If you'd like for us to double-check, email us the following information and we're happy to look further into it:
- First + Last Name of the buyer or the recipient
- Order Number (if applicable)
- The UPS tracking number provided to you
- The best phone number or email to reach you
From there, we will forward the details to our NOVICA contact who will then provide any further information!
