Return Policy
The following applies to online shop orders only. Love Goodly Boxes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start your return, contact info@lovegoodly.com within 10 business days from the date you originally received your order. All items must be returned in unused/unopened condition with ALL packaging, tags, seals, accessories, etc. still intact.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please include images or videos showing the damage or defect.
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Love Goodly Boxes (subscription, prepaid, single, past)
- Items marked with the SAVE icon
- Items marked as FINAL SALE in the product description
- Bundles
- Cosmetics
- Fragrances
- Bonus gifts or samples
- Open/Used items - unless there is an issue with the consistency of the product or if there is a damage/defect
When your return request has been approved, we will provide further information via email. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. After your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost. Please allow at least 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
If you used a Love Goodly Gift card when initially placing your order, the refund will be re-issued in the form of a new digital gift card and sent to you via email.
