You can create an account here. After creating your account, you will receive an email asking to activate your account - you must follow the steps to activate your account; otherwise, you will not be able to login to your account. If you need assistance, email info@lovegoodly.com

PLEASE NOTE | We switched to our current platform in September 2018. That said, you will not be able to view any past orders prior to September 2018. If you have questions about a past order, please email info@lovegoodly.com and we are happy to take a look for you.
There may be a few reasons why you were not be able to login to your account:
1) There is a possibility you have yet to activate your account. Check your inbox for your account activation email; if you need a new one, email info@lovegoodly.com
2) We switched to our current platform in September 2018 and we asked all customers to activate their account on this current platform. Again, check your inbox for your account activation email; if you need a new one, email us and we are happy to help.
3) If you are an active Love Goodly bi-monthly subscriber and are unable to login to your account, there is a possibility you are still on our Cratejoy Platform. Please email info@lovegoodly.com and we will assist you further from there.

SHIPPING
We ship throughout the United States including Alaska, Hawaii,PO Boxes, Military Addresses, and all US territories. We also ship our online shop items to Canada!
Orders are fulfilled and shipped 1-2 days a week, but please allow an additional 1-4 business days for shipping + delivery via USPS.
If your order is shipping to Canada, it may take up to 30-45 days for the order to be delivered. Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to their order. LOVE GOODLY does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, and we cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Orders shipping within the United States, the cost varies depending on weight, where it's going, and/or your shipping method selected.
All Canadian orders 2-lbs or less have a $16.00 USD flat shipping rate via USPS First Class International. Rates will vary for Canadian orders weighing more than 2-lbs.
We are sorry to hear this happened to your item while in transit! Email info@lovegoodly.com within 48 hours upon receiving your order and include an image or video of the damaged or defective product. If stock is available, we will send one more replacement item to your address on file.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Need to return a product from our e-commerce shop? Not a problem. We are happy to help! Please email info@lovegoodly.com within 10 days from the date you originally received your order. We do not accept returns on sale items, open/swatched/used items, and food items.
Once you receive return approval, please return your purchase in unused condition with all packaging, tags, seals, accessories, etc. still intact. Returns/refunds will not be made on opened skincare and beauty products - unless there is an issue with the consistency of the product.

If you would like to request a prepaid return label, let us know in your email. Please note that a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total if you decide to use our prepaid return label.
When we receive your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to appear on your next statement.
Refunds for orders purchased with LOVE GOODLY Gift Cards will be issued as a LOVE GOODLY Gift Card and emailed to the buyer.
Unfortunately, returned/exchanged items received after the 10-day return period or without a return authorization cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense or a 30% re-stocking fee may apply. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.

SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS
Introducing buy now, pay later with Shop Pay!After proceeding to checkout in the the "Payment" section, select "Shop Pay" as a payment method. You will then be redirected to the Shop Pay page where you will need to verify your information. If you're already on Shop Pay, you will receive a unique verification code via text or email.
Enter the verification code and you can then select to pay your order in full (Pay Now) or as installments (Pay in Installments every 4 weeks). After opting in to Shop Pay and completing verification, you will now be able to use Shop Pay at checkout.
After placing your order, you are billed immediately for the first installment. Then, every 2 weeks, you are automatically billed for the remaining installments (no interest or fees).

It's an easy way to receive your favorite products every 45 days! And, you get to save 10% when you subscribe to your favorite items.
After your initial purchase (which charges immediately), you will be renewed and shipped the same product every subsequent 45 days until you cancel. If you want to know the exact date of your next renewal, please email info@lovegoodly.com.
If you would like to change your next renewal date or cancel your product subscription, please email info@lovegoodly.com at least 2 days before your next renewal date.
