How it Works (Please read before purchasing!)

When you're ready to purchase, enter YOUR (the buyer) email address at checkout. Please note that if you enter the recipient's email address at checkout, they will also receive your order confirmation email/receipt.

After placing your gift card order, you (the buyer) will receive an email containing the gift card link to the code. You must forward that email to the recipient and include your personal gift message; OR, you can also click on the View Your Gift Card link and print out the gift card code to physically hand to the recipient.

WE DO NOT SELL PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS.

The online gift card code will be emailed directly to you (the buyer). If you would like for the recipient to receive the gift card, you must forward the online gift card email to their email address, or you can print it out to hand to them in-person or include with your greeting card or gift box.

If you'd like to purchase more than one gift card, you can add more than one to a single cart. After placing your order, you (the buyer) will receive multiple gift card emails each with their unique code. After receiving all emails, you can forward to their respective recipients via email. For example, if you purchase 10 gift cards with varying values, you will receive 10 separate emails each with their corresponding gift card value and gift card code.

If you do not receive the gift card code by the end of the day after placing your order (even after checking your spam/junk folder), please email info@lovegoodly.com and we are happy to resend it to you.

Love Goodly gift cards are NOT reloadable!

How to use the Gift Card (Online Shop)

Enter the gift card code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field at checkout (the code is not case sensitive). After it is applied, the new total amount will be reflected (if applicable, the gift card may also cover the shipping fee).

If there is a balance owed, the amount will reflect at checkout and the buyer will be prompted to enter a second payment method to pay for the remaining balance. If there is no balance due, the total amount will be shown as $0.00 and it will note that the order was covered by the gift card.

If you'd like to use an online shop discount code with your gift card code, please enter the gift card code first, click on Apply, and then enter the discount code and click on Apply.

How to use the Gift Card (Love Goodly Box)

To use the gift card on our Bi-Monthly Subscription Boxes or Prepaid Box Plans, you MUST contact info@lovegoodly.com prior to placing your order so we can set up your digital gift card code for you. We cannot retroactively apply your gift card amount if your order is already placed - no exceptions.

In your email, let us know which bi-monthly subscription or prepaid box plan you'd like to sign up for and include all digits of the gift card code so we can get it set up for you on our end.

If you'd like to purchase a Single Box, there is no need to email us! Simply add the Single box to your cart and enter the gift card code at checkout.

About Gift Messages

If you typed out a gift message at checkout, unfortunately it will not appear with the online gift card email. With that said, to include a personal message you will have to forward the online gift card to the recipient and include your personal message in the email.
