HOW TO USE
Apply to a freshly cleansed, makeup-free forehead and leave on for 20-30 minutes. Remove the hydrogel patch and gently pat any remaining essence into your skin. Pro tip: leave inside the refrigerator overnight for an extra-cooling stress-relieving moment!
